What if Goods are damaged in transit?
Where a corier service has been used it is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect the goods for damage BEFORE signing for receipt of If you are unhappy with the condition of the merchandise you should inform the driver and refuse delivery or alternatively take images of the damaged package which will help us in our claim against the courier. Unfortunately, once you have provided written acceptance for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier.
What is our warranty policy?
All of our products come with our manufacturer’s warranty.
Therefore should a product show signs of wear and tear consistent with signs of use your warranty might be voided. However should you believe that there is a justifiable warranty claim please return the item and we will certainly investigate further.

Using our tools and powered presses, stamping is a popular service we also provide and with plenty of capacity we can commit to large production runs with short lead times and are flexible enough for those smaller batch runs many now require, all with competitive fashioning rates and setup charges
